I wish I could find a screen shot of this one but it seems to be rare.
Back when I was doing home user IT at a local shop I had an XP system pop up a very useless error message when it failed to launch outlook (may have been outlook express). The error simple said:
ERROR:
An error has occurred.
Thanks XP, I know EXACTLY what to do now.

some kind of hw failure ( most likely bad ram ) causing random corruption, seen similar thing before years ago...
